Accessing the site and hosting

The site is provided by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the site is accessed, access data arises for technical reasons: IP address, time of access, the resource requested and the user agent.

We process this access data in order to deliver the site free of technical faults, to detect malfunctions and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in precisely these purposes. The data arises at the hosting provider and is automatically deleted there after a short time. We do not evaluate it in a personally identifiable manner and do not combine it with other data. It is stored for longer only in so far as a specific security incident requires investigation, and only for as long as that investigation lasts.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The provider is established in the USA. In so far as personal data is transferred to the USA in this context, we base this on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses agreed in the data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. Vercel Inc. is furthermore certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the entry can be viewed at dataprivacyframework.gov. You will receive a copy of the standard contractual clauses on request at info@rejuvantis.de.

Contact form

If you write to us via the form, we process your first name, surname, email address and your message and, where you provide them, your company, the type of business and your enquiry category. In addition, we process the language version of the site from which the enquiry originates and the time of receipt.

First name, surname, email address and your message are required. Without this information we cannot accept your enquiry and cannot answer it. The details on company, type of business and the enquiry category (the selection field “Your enquiry”) are voluntary; without them we will process your enquiry just the same. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide us with this data. No disadvantage arises for you other than that an enquiry without the required information remains unanswered.

The information is used solely to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in so far as the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering it.

Your enquiry is delivered as an email to our mailbox info@rejuvantis.de. To send this one message we use Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, part of Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue de Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France). The provider processes your details solely for the purpose of delivery. Through the same provider you receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt at the address you gave us; it repeats your details and states the period within which we will get back to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in confirming receipt to you. You receive no further messages, your address is not added to any mailing list and is not used for advertising.

We store your enquiry until it has been dealt with, for no longer than 24 months, and delete it thereafter in so far as no statutory retention obligations preclude this. Besides ourselves, the recipients of your data are the service providers we use: our hosting provider, the delivery service provider named above and the agency commissioned with the operation and maintenance of the website, in each case as processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and acting solely on our instructions. Your data is not passed on for other purposes, in particular not for advertising purposes.

Protection against spam

To protect against automated spam messages, the contact form contains an additional field that is invisible to you. You do not fill it in; it transmits no information about you. If it is filled in nonetheless, which suggests an automated program, the message is discarded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in fending off spam pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No external service is used for this.

Fonts

The Poppins typeface used is delivered from our own server. No fonts are loaded from external servers.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses neither local storage nor IndexedDB and integrates no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No recognition across visits takes place.

A single exception concerns storage on your device: when you submit the contact form, your browser stores your name in session storage for the moment of the page change, so that the confirmation page can address you by name. The entry is deleted again immediately when the confirmation is displayed, at the latest when the browser tab is closed. It does not leave your browser, is not transmitted to us and serves solely the display that you yourself requested by submitting the form (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, the German act on data protection in telecommunications and digital services).

Nor is any third-party content loaded: no external fonts, no maps, no videos, no social media plug-ins and no scripts from external servers. Consent pursuant to § 25(1) TDDDG is therefore not required and no cookie banner is needed. This does not affect the fact that our hosting provider processes the access data described above when the site is accessed.

Our site links to profiles on LinkedIn. If you open these, the privacy notices of the respective provider apply, and we have no influence over that provider's data processing. Merely accessing our site does not establish any connection to LinkedIn.

No automated decision-making

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you (Art. 22 GDPR). Your enquiry is read and answered by a person.

Your rights

You have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18) and to data portability (Art. 20). Right to lodge a complaint
